Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least four years of experience in requirements analysis and who has developed deep expertise in the field. You are used to working independently, taking responsibility for specific areas, and acting as a role model for other consultants. You have a natural ability to lead smaller groups and create structure in complex project environments.

In this role, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from various stakeholders
• Work closely with system developers focusing on integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Develop technical and non-functional requirements related to performance, security, availability, and operability
• Collaborate with solution architects and IT operations to ensure that the requirements are feasible and well-founded
• Interpret technical documents such as architecture descriptions, sequence diagrams, and data models, and translate these into functional requirements

You are familiar with established tools and methods and are confident in expressing yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Since the assignment is located in Stockholm, we prefer that you live nearby.
