Sourcian Partner AB is looking for an experienced and dedicated Consultant Manager for our office in Stockholm. The role is a central part of our continued growth journey and involves responsibility for recruitment, personnel management, and customer relations. As a Consultant Manager, you will be a key person in developing and strengthening our organization, where consultants' engagement and competence are always utilized and contribute to both our clients' and Sourcian Partners' success.

Responsibilities In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for the entire candidate and recruitment process, including proactive search, interviews, documentation, and matching against assignments.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and integration of new consultants while ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, partner companies, and clients.
• Drive assignment matching and operational responsibility for consultant placements in collaboration with the sales team and business area managers.
• Have personnel responsibility for consultants, including recruitment, coaching, performance reviews, and follow-ups. You will report to our Head of Consulting.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events for candidates and consultants together with colleagues.
• Participate in developing processes, working methods, and internal training.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, business development, and sales managers to ensure high quality and profitability in delivery.
• Be responsible for quotes and contracts with clients and employees as needed.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 4 years of work experience in purchasing and/or supply chain.
• Relevant university degree or equivalent in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment and sales.
• Preferred: training in HR, personal experience as a consultant, and previous personnel responsibility.
