Green Space Staff for Österlenhem AB

Österlenhem AB is the municipal housing company in Tomelilla municipality.

Our mission is primarily to acquire, own, develop, manage, enhance, and sell properties. We have housing in Tomelilla town, Brösarp, Smedstorp, and Lunnarp, and we own and manage approximately 700 apartments in total. In addition to the apartments, we also own and manage care facilities and some commercial premises, as well as handling the management of Tomelilla Industrial Company.

The Position

Do you enjoy working outdoors in fresh air? Do you want a practical and independent job? We now need to strengthen our green space team within green space maintenance.

The assignment includes all tasks related to the care and maintenance of outdoor environments, such as weeding, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, planting, and pruning of shrubs and trees, etc.

In winter, you will work with snow removal and ice control (manually or mechanically).

The employment is full-time, permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.

Who are you?

It is a great advantage if you have previously worked with gardening or landscaping. We prefer that you have relevant education in the field, such as a high school gardening education or KY/YH education with a focus on gardening maintenance.

You should be a service-oriented person who is keen to perform well. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is ready to put in the effort. You have a good ability to collaborate in a team while also having your own drive and can work independently, plan, execute, manage, and prioritize tasks. You have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. A B driver's license is a requirement.
