For the 2025 season, we at Mark & Trädgård Skottorp AB are looking for driven, creative, and responsible gardeners who are passionate about beautifying and maintaining public green spaces in the city of Helsingborg.

As a gardener with us, you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience in the work of maintaining and developing the city's flower program. Here, you will be an important part of creating sustainable and beautiful outdoor environments for both citizens and visitors.

Mark & Trädgård Skottorp AB is a prominent player in public procurement of contracting assignments, gardening, and landscaping work. With operations in Ängelholm, Helsingborg, Halmstad, and Varberg, we have grown into a reliable partner with around 80 dedicated employees. Our expertise includes green space maintenance, land development, and winter road maintenance. Our customer base includes both public and private sectors, such as municipalities, housing associations, property companies, and hospitals. Job responsibilities

As a gardener in Helsingborg's flower program, you will:

• Work with the maintenance and replanting of seasonal and perennial plantings.

• Be responsible for planting, watering, weeding, and trimming of hedges and topiary.

• Perform daily tasks in a public environment with a focus on high quality and customer satisfaction.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education as a gardener, landscape engineer, or equivalent experience.
• Holds a B driver's license and has good driving experience (manual transmission).
• Has good knowledge of perennials and seasonal plants.
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing.
• Is social, humble, and has good communication skills, as the job involves interaction with both citizens, customers, and colleagues.

Other information

Start: March/April to October 2025, with the possibility of extension in the fall.

Working hours: Full-time, seasonal employment.

Location: Helsingborg.
