About us

We are currently looking for new staff for several of our group homes and our service housing in southern Stockholm. The operations are located around Hammarbyhöjden, Bagarmossen, and in central Skarpnäck. All operations work with the target group LSS. 

About the position

We are now looking for new housing supporters for our operations. As a housing supporter, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will work with:

•  Providing individual support, care, and service interventions
• Planning and conducting activities with the client
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks

Employment conditions

We are currently looking for employees for both permanent positions and hourly substitutes, and we apply a six-month probationary period. Working hours are varied, including days, evenings, and weekends.

We apply individual salary setting, and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date for the position is by agreement.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of housing supporter also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. To apply for the position, you must have: 

•  Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
•  Experience from similar operations
•  Knowledge in low-arousal approach, clarifying pedagogy
•  Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as documentation is a large part of the work
