We are now looking for an IT Service Leader with a focus on identity and access management for the Business Platforms group. The group's main task is to provide a business-driven and optimized delivery of shared platform services.

IT Service Leader with a focus on identity and access management

As an IT Service Leader in identity and access management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity and efficiency in the management of identities and access within Skanska Sweden.

In the role of specialist, you will lead the work on the management and development of identity and access management. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth needs analyses, designing long-term strategies, and prioritizing efforts to ensure optimal management of identities and access. Through close collaboration with corporate architects, application specialists, infrastructure specialists, and IT Solution Managers (ISM), you will provide qualified recommendations that support the business goals and IT strategy. Your tasks include, among others:

• Collecting and documenting requirements from stakeholders
• Managing and monitoring access regulations
• Being responsible for audit issues related to identity and access management
• Leading the work on roles and permissions
• Creating detailed documentation on processes, guidelines, and policies
• Integrating identity and access management with existing systems
• Implementing processes for monitoring and reporting identity and access data

The role is crucial for maintaining high quality in identity and access management and ensuring a good balance between security, usability, efficiency, and compliance within Skanska Sweden. Your expertise will contribute to the organization's success by creating secure, efficient solutions that support our business goals.

Are you the person we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specifically in identity and access management
• Good understanding of information security practices and standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR
• Experience with security audits and compliance issues
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Experience with ITIL and agile methodologies is a plus

Personal qualities

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other IT departments and external vendors. You are fearless and driven, which allows you to take initiative and lead projects with confidence. You also have experience in developing strategies for managing identities and access.
