We are looking for you who are a Digital Communication Developer (CX/UX) or equivalent and work as a consultant / Interim and who is available for assignments quite soon. This is for a well-known organization in healthcare and social services located centrally in Stockholm.

This is what you will do with us

• Drive and develop processes and initiatives that enhance the digital structure, platforms, and services to ensure that current and future individuals are reached with digital, personalized, and target group-adapted communication, knowledge, and benefits.
• Lead digital communication development projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Contribute updated knowledge about the latest technologies and trends in digital development and suggest improvements and new solutions.
• Work closely with marketing, communication, and other stakeholders to ensure that digital solutions meet the organization's needs.
• Ensure that all digital platforms are user-friendly and accessible.

Your team and workplace

You will be part of the marketing team, located centrally in Stockholm, with some opportunity for remote work.

More about you

• At least 3 years of experience in digital development with a focus on member/customer communication, preferably within a membership organization or similar environment.
• Documented experience in project management with good results from digital development projects with a customer/member focus.
• Experience in web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience working with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, EpiServer).
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
