Location: Järfälla or Solna
Start: As soon as possible

Assignment Length: 12 months, with the possibility of extension
Remote Work: Not possible

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT projects within the area of digital workplace
• Estimate, plan, and follow up on activities
• Communicate status and progress to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with the business and ensure that the project meets its goals
• Conduct training sessions as needed

Travel within the assignment may occur.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least eight years of experience in IT project management
• Documented experience in driving IT activities from start to finish
• Good communication skills and experience in reporting status

Meritorious:

• Workplace hardware
• Support flows and ITIL
• Thin clients and VDI
• Jira and ServiceNow
• Procurement of licenses and hardware
• Serviceification and process development
• Requirements tracking

The assignment is subject to defense secrecy, which requires on-site work five days a week. Security clearance interviews and background checks will be conducted. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
