Onsite Technician in Gothenburg

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an engaged onsite technician in Gothenburg who enjoys working closely with users and technical solutions. Are you a problem solver with a sense of service and want to be a key person in an organization? Then this is the right assignment for you!

Responsibilities

As an onsite technician at our client, you will have an exciting and varied workday where you are responsible for delivering IT support and ensuring that the IT environment runs smoothly. You will work with everything from troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of workplace equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals to support and administration of both hardware and software, including operating systems like Windows and macOS.

Part of your work will also involve managing and administering Office 365 and other business applications, while receiving and handling cases in the client's system, documenting solutions, and ensuring quick and effective results. You will have direct contact with users, providing professional and pedagogical support on-site, while collaborating with other IT functions to solve more complex technical challenges.

In this role, you will become an important part of the client's IT team, contributing to creating a positive and stable IT environment that facilitates everyday life for all users.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge to quickly step into the role and deliver high-quality support. To be suitable for the assignment, we prefer that you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or as an onsite technician.
  • Good knowledge of troubleshooting and support for operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
  • Experience with Office 365 and working in case management systems.
  • Basic understanding of networks and printer configurations.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

  • Education in IT at high school or university level.
  • Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, or similar.
