ABOUT STUDIEVÄGEN STÖDBOENDE AND HVB
Studievägen Stödboende offers accommodation with special support for young people aged 16–20 years. Our support apartments are located in a quiet and green area in Borlänge, close to public transport. We also have three HVB places where young people live in their own apartments and receive individual treatment interventions.
The apartments are fully equipped and modernly furnished. The property also includes a staff apartment to ensure quick access to support interventions when needed. We accept placements according to SoL and LVU, both direct placements and as a transition from HVB homes.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a coordinator, you will have a central role in the daily operations and become a key person in the team. You will work closely with the operations manager and staff group and have a significant responsibility for maintaining high quality in the operations.
Your main tasks include:
- Independently coordinating daily operations and contributing to developing and quality-assuring the operations.
- Planning and organizing interventions for the youth based on their individual needs, in accordance with applicable legislation, routines, and assignment descriptions from social services.
- Establishing and revising implementation plans, risk assessments, etc.
- Managing documentation, following up monthly reports, conducting self-assessments, and handling other administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with clients, schools, and other stakeholders.
- If necessary, supporting with scheduling, staff planning, and resource allocation.
- Being responsible for the introduction of new employees.
- Handling deviations and incoming complaints.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:
- At least 400 YH credits from a vocational training program as a social/therapeutic pedagogue or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children and youth in similar settings.
- Very good documentation skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Higher education in a relevant program, such as social work, behavioral science, or similar.
- Training/experience in CBT.

You are a structured and solution-focused person who finds it easy to organize and prioritize in a busy everyday life. You have good collaboration skills and a genuine interest in people, are secure, communicative, and easily build trusting relationships – both with youth and colleagues.
OTHER:
A manual B driver's license is required for the position.
A background check from the Police Authority's criminal and suspicion register for staff at HVB is always required before employment. See Form.
Working hours and employment rate:
We are looking for a coordinator with a 100% employment rate. The position involves daytime work, but weekends and evenings may occur based on need.
We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Salary:
Salary according to agreement and collective agreement.
Start date:
According to agreement.
