Are you passionate about mechatronics, system integration, and electric drivetrains? Then the role of a systems engineer in mechatronics might be for you!

With extensive experience in the industry, we have found our foundation that we believe in and from which we build Nexer Mobility together with our employees. In our daily work, you as an individual are in focus as we start from each employee's perspective and prerequisites. We will tell you more about how we work when we meet.

About the role

The role involves a consulting assignment and work with one of our clients in the automotive sector.

As a systems engineer in mechatronics, you will be part of a team for Propulsion System & Energy Management, where you will have the opportunity to use your technical expertise in system integration of batteries, electric machines, and energy storage systems (ESS) to create complete drivetrain solutions.

Your main responsibilities may include:

  • Leading development, with a particular focus on integrating solutions that meet functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Creating innovative solutions for electric drivetrains tailored to various applications.
  • Ensuring that the integration of technical solutions meets requirements for functionality, volume, cost, quality, and safety.

The opportunities for assignments in automotive and electromobility are many, and therefore the nature of the work may vary. We always start from you as a person and your interests!

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

  • Have at least a bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in mechatronics, focusing on electric machines, transmission, and energy management.
  • Have knowledge of system integration of batteries and electric drivetrains.
  • Be a team player who enjoys networking and building long-term collaborations.
  • Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position will be filled continuously, so do not wait to apply! Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications via email. If you have questions, please contact Johanna Rydén at [email protected].
