We are continuously looking for new colleagues in the areas of Battery Management, e-Mobility, and related fields, so this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for. We are looking for engineers in this area who want to help us build solutions and find new ways for tomorrow's transportation.

The assignments are usually based on the client's location or internally at our headquarters in Lindholmen, Gothenburg. Semcon offers a hybrid work environment as much as possible, depending on the client and assignment.

What you will be working on:

As a Systems Engineer in E-Mobility, you will work on developing and improving mobility solutions and related infrastructure in a consulting role, typically in an Agile context. To succeed in this role, you need a master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a similar field, and we expect you to have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. You have a very good understanding of one or more of the areas listed below and are preferably specialized in one of them;

• Li-ion batteries
• Software development
• High voltage systems
• Electric motors
• Battery management systems
• Power electronics
• Charging systems

Experience in project management, functional safety, model-based functional development, real-time simulation, or perhaps requirements management, control engineering, and systems engineering is an advantage. You communicate well and thrive in a consulting role. For the role, fluent Swedish in speech/writing is required. Some of our assignments are subject to defense secrecy, and depending on what your first assignment will be, you may need to have Swedish citizenship and undergo and be approved in a security clearance.
