We are looking for a personal assistant for a woman in her 30s living in Umeå. The job primarily involves accompanying her to her daily activities, as well as providing support at home and during various activities. As an assistant, you will be an important part of her daily life – therefore, the chemistry and interaction between you are crucial for the assistance to work in the best way.

Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is social, attentive, and flexible. You need to be able to work independently but also collaborate well in a team. You are accommodating in your approach and can easily adapt to different situations. Experience with sign language support or other forms of AAC is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement.

Working hours and extent The working hours are mainly scheduled for weekdays during the day, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Occasionally, there may also be shifts in the evenings and on weekends. The position is approximately 70% with immediate start.
