Nova Psychiatry was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental health issues. We strive to offer a modern and patient-centered care experience. Currently, we primarily focus on assessments for ADHD and Autism, as well as medical treatment following diagnosis. However, our ambition is to broaden our offerings and help as many patients as possible through innovative and evidence-based methods in psychiatry and mental health.
Today's psychiatry is characterized by traditional methods and often a slow pace of work, where technological advancements and the patient's needs are rarely in focus. Many patients find it difficult to navigate a complex public system or turn to large providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number in the crowd. We have chosen to do things differently by putting the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is based on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, where we use modern technology and innovative working methods to continuously improve and develop our operations.
Our dedicated team is the core of our business and consists mainly of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova Psychiatry was founded in January 2024 and currently has about 25 employees – and we are growing rapidly. We are now looking for more driven individuals who want to help shape the future of psychiatry with us. We place a strong emphasis on hiring Sweden's most talented employees, and we want everyone here to feel better with us than anywhere else. Nova's vision is to demonstrate how psychiatry can work, for both patients and employees. We believe it can be done much better. We are driven by continuously improving patient satisfaction, maintaining high quality, and simultaneously increasing efficiency through reduced administration. We believe we can achieve all of this by having fun together, daring to make mistakes, and striving to be the best at what we do.
