Who are we?

One of the world's most iconic fast-food chains, Taco Bell, is now coming to Sweden, and we are starting to establish ourselves in Stockholm! We are growing rapidly and plan to expand across Sweden by 2026. Our ambition is to be known for our delicious and affordable dishes, as well as to provide our guests with a fantastic experience. We are now looking for passionate and driven individuals for both service and kitchen roles to join us on our journey.

About the role

As a shift leader, you are a key person in the daily operations of the restaurant. You are responsible for ensuring that the shift runs smoothly, leading your team with energy, and ensuring that both guests and employees have a positive experience.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team during the shift
• Ensure high quality in service, food, and cleanliness
• Be responsible for cash handling, staffing, and operations during your shift
• Motivate employees and create a good working environment
• Act as a role model and problem solver when needed

Who are you?

• Have experience in the service industry, preferably in fast food
• Enjoy a leadership role and like to take responsibility
• Are solution-oriented, positive, and communicative
• Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written (English is a plus)

Previous experience as a shift leader is a plus but not a requirement – the right attitude and willingness to learn are the most important!
