Restaurant COUP DÈTAT will push culinary boundaries with a menu consisting of Far Eastern Cuisine infused with Western flavors and influences. Peach & French flavors are beautifully intertwined by star chef Erik Videgård to elevate a new wave of Persian cuisine.

The extensive wine & Champagne list complements the food with a wide selection of both world-famous names and unusual finds, and we are proud to offer a unique and experimental cocktail selection.

Our chambre séparée will be inspired by the French style where our guests can lean back and enjoy the culinary experience. An evening at COUP DÈTAT is more than perfectly executed dishes, service, and drinks; it is also filled with engaging encounters. We aim to create a festive atmosphere and have chosen to take a new turn at the first meeting with our guests and during the dining experience.

Qualifications:

-At least 5 years of experience in operations or restaurant management.

-Excellent knowledge of food and wine.

-Fluent in Swedish.

-Good at sales.

-Able to handle stress and perform under high pressure.

-Passionate and interested in the profession.
