voco® Stockholm – Kista is located in the business-dense Kista area of Stockholm and offers a personalized stay for both business and leisure travelers. With 201 rooms, a spacious restaurant, five meeting rooms, and a fitness and wellness area, we strive to provide our guests with a personal and memorable hotel experience. The hotel is part of IHG, one of the world's largest hotel chains, and is operated by the Latvian hotel operator Mogotel Hotel Group. Together, they opened the first voco in the Nordics on September 2, 2024.

As the hotel's restaurant is in a startup phase, we are looking for new staff for both breakfast and evening service. We are seeking personnel who want to work extra as needed. Day and evening shifts as well as weekends are included.

Responsibilities:

Breakfast Service: Preparation of the buffet, replenishing the buffet, clearing dishes, and ensuring our guests are well taken care of.

Morning and Afternoon Snacks: Setting up coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay.

Lunch and Dinner: Responsible for table setting, serving, clearing tables, and dishwashing.

Bar Service: Bar sales and serving drinks as well as cash handling.

Other Services: Replenishing, preparations, light cleaning, and always being available to provide our guests with the best possible experience.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English; additional language skills are an advantage
• A genuine interest in building relationships and inspiring others
• Experience in problem-solving with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Previous experience in a hotel restaurant or bar is an advantage
• Previous experience with Trivec's cash system is an advantage
