Part-time Event Assistant at International Tech Company
Are you a social student who enjoys events, meeting new people, and being where the action is? We are now looking for an energetic and responsible student to assist with events at an international tech company located in central Stockholm.
ABOUT THE POSITION
You will work at an exciting cutting-edge tech company. The company organizes recurring events at its office and is now seeking extra support to ensure a great experience for its guests. This is an opportunity for you to have a part-time job alongside your studies while also enjoying socializing and mingling; you will meet everyone from students, managers, developers, and other professionals in the tech industry.
The company's goal is to arrange events about once a week, but this may vary over periods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare for events (set up venues, arrange drinks, etc.)
- Be present during events and contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Socialize with guests and answer simple questions
- Clean up and ensure that food and drinks are tidy and replenished
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has excellent service skills and a positive attitude
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
- Is a student or has another main occupation for at least 1 year ahead
- Has experience working in reception, restaurant, retail, or similar service roles
- Can work effectively with others
- Has flexibility regarding working hours, especially evenings
It is an advantage if you are:
