Your main tasks

• Actively work in the kitchen – you lead by cooking, inspiring, and supporting the team.
• Be responsible for planning, operations, and quality in the kitchen together with the head chef.
• Personnel responsibility for the kitchen team: scheduling, development talks, and daily coaching.
• Contribute to menu development, ingredient selection, and high hygiene standards. Ensure a positive work climate and a cohesive team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as a chef, preferably in a leading role with personnel responsibility.
• Is passionate about cooking and wants to be a present, hands-on leader.
• Has an eye for detail and a desire to develop both people and food. Is structured, unpretentious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Sees the joy in creating a workplace where everyone thrives and grows.
