We continuously mediate services in the field of customer service and are looking for someone who wants to develop in this area. You will be employed as a consultant at Bravura and work in customer service for one of our clients. The assignment is full-time, and the length of the assignment is based on the company's needs. Job responsibilities

As a customer service representative for our clients, you will be responsible for managing and administering incoming cases via phone and email. Your task is to find the right solution for the customer, and you will then administer the cases in the business system. You will work alongside colleagues in the same role as you, where collaboration is a significant part of your work. The role may also include sales in the form of upselling. You will be offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed high school education
  • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
  • Previous work experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles is an advantage
