We are looking for an engaged and driven Account Manager for our client, a personal and entrepreneur-driven company specializing in transport solutions for bulk bags, containers, and bins. Our client is a company where relationships are at the center – both with their partners and their employees. Here you will have the opportunity to help build something entirely new, as you will be the very first person on-site in the company's sales department. It is a unique chance to put your own stamp on an important role and help shape the company's future growth.
Our client has extensive experience in local transport and waste management, and their work is characterized by a strong level of service, flexibility, and a personal touch. The company has long had a stable partner base and is now looking for an Account Manager who can take the company to the next level by building a structured and effective sales process. You will be the first person in the sales department, which means you will play a crucial role in developing and growing the company's business.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate relationships with both existing and new partners.
- Create and implement a structured sales process to develop the business.
- Collaborate with transport management to find the best solutions for both the company and the partner.
- Contribute to the company's growth by identifying business opportunities and helping to shape the company's future sales strategy.
- Meet customers on-site to understand their unique needs and create solutions that add value.
