We are now looking for a Junior Account Manager/Consultant Broker to join our sales team in Stockholm.

About the role

In your role as a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, presenting our services, and matching the right consultants with the right companies. You will become an important part of a small, close-knit sales team where we support each other and work towards both individual and collective goals. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop alongside experienced colleagues.

You will:

• Work proactively to contact potential clients via phone and email.

• Build relationships with decision-makers.

• Present our services and create accurate consultant matches.

• Develop your own client base, which you will eventually take full responsibility for.

Who are you?

We believe you are a driven and curious person who enjoys taking initiative and learning new things. You have an interest in tech and want to develop in sales. We also believe that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by finding solutions and achieving your goals.

We believe you have:

• Some experience in sales (B2B is a plus).

• A social, humble personality and enjoy making new connections.

• A preference for proactive sales via phone and email.

• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• A structured, goal-oriented approach and are motivated by seeing results.

• An interest in IT/tech and a desire to learn more.
