We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work extra on weekends with us in elderly care. With us, you have the opportunity to contribute your skills and commitment during the three short shifts on weekends – while making a difference for our residents.

As a part-time nurse at Norlandia Elderly Care during weekends, you are an important key person in the team. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, has a good approach, and enjoys meeting people in different life situations. Together with care staff, rehabilitation, and management, you work to provide our residents with a good life – every day, even on weekends.

Your specific expertise in nursing is central to the mission. This involves both a scientific approach and patient-centered work based on a humanistic view of people. You are responsible for ensuring that our residents' health and medical care needs are met during the weekend shifts.

You lead and are responsible for the nursing work, which means that you independently – in collaboration with the team and in partnership with the resident and their relatives – assess, plan, implement, and follow up on interventions. You also provide support to the care staff and contribute with guidance and mentorship.

We are looking for someone who works with care, has good prioritization skills, and can take responsibility even when circumstances change. Flexibility and collaboration are crucial for success in this role.

Amalia is located in the center of Kristianstad with good transport links. The residence has 36 places spread over 4 floors. Each department has 9 residents, one of the departments is for people with dementia. We work in teams at Amalia, and you are always close to your colleagues. In addition to nursing assistants, we also have nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, team leaders, and a manager on-site, all working to provide our residents with a good life every day!

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
