Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her late 28s residing in Markaryd. 
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• has experience in similar work

It is also an advantage if you:

• are driven
• are good at motivating others
• can create structure in various contexts
• can speak Arabic. 

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is a substitute as needed. There is a possibility of a permanent position.  

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

2025-10-01 or by agreement.

Being employed at Humana
