Responsibilities in the Store

In the role of Store Assistant at Hotel Diplomat, you will be responsible for ensuring a unique and personal experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring our guests feel welcome, acknowledged, and well taken care of - always and regardless
• Optimizing sales within your area of responsibility
• Preparing for service according to checklists
• Taking orders, recommending suitable drinks/food
• Actively working with upselling and increasing average bills
• Processing payments from guests within your area of responsibility

Experience and Qualifications

• High school education with advanced knowledge in the restaurant field
• At least one year of experience from café/restaurant
• You communicate in Swedish
• Previous experience with specialty coffee is desirable

The position is full-time with a start date of March 1. We apply collective agreements and offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for personal development.
