Role Description:

Assignment We are seeking an Integration Leader for our EE Integration team (VCT Integration & Test). This role focuses on planning and coordinating integration activities across embedded systems and software domains, ensuring alignment with release milestones and system maturity targets. The consultant will be responsible for interfacing with multiple teams, visualizing functionality scope, and driving master test planning for major introductions. Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a structured approach to complex integration challenges. The initial focus of this assignment will be to support the first steps toward the TRATON Modular Electrical Platform, including early integration planning, test coordination, and cross-functional alignment. Where will the assignment be performed (Onsite, Hybrid, offsite) Hybrid Education Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, computer science or information technology Language English Meriting Knowledge about Scania's electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicles. Other Specifications Initial Focus The initial focus of this assignment will be to support the first steps toward the TRATON Modular Electrical Platform, including early integration planning, test coordination, and cross-functional alignment. The consultant will play a key role in laying the foundation for scalable and modular integration practices aligned with TRATON’s strategic direction. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain integration plans for major initiatives, including maturity level tracking and milestone alignment. • Coordinate and follow up on test results and status updates for Embedded Milestones. • Interface with system architects, technical system owners, function owners, and test teams to ensure integration readiness. • Visualize functionality scope and dependencies across teams and systems. • Create and manage master test plans for system introductions and integration checkpoints. • Facilitate integration meetings and checkpoints to ensure timely execution and issue resolution. • Support continuous improvement of integration processes and workflows. • Collaborate with Release Coordinators, RTEs, and STEs to align integration activities with release trains. • Track and communicate integration progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong planning and coordination skills, with experience in integration management. • Proficiency in Jira. • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive structured follow-up in a dynamic environment. • Experience with embedded systems and software integration processes. • Familiarity with SAFe and agile principles is meriting. • Previous experience with Scania and its integration processes is advantageous.
