Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience in Qlik Sense.

The assignment involves supporting a development team working with PEGA applications by establishing a stable foundation for test automation. The work includes strategy for automated testing, development of frameworks and routines, technical implementation, and active participation in the development of tests.

You are expected to coach the team in testing techniques and quality assurance and work closely with developers, testers, product owners, and central support functions. The role requires a self-driven, proactive, and pedagogical person with good structure, documentation skills, and confidence in collaborating with different roles.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Competence Level 3 – at least 4 years in the relevant role.
• You must have at least 3 years of documented experience in independently establishing and working with frameworks for test automation in agile development teams.
• You must have at least 3 years of documented experience in creating automated GUI, regression tests, and flow tests (partial and full flows) in complex user scenarios with Playwright.
• You must have at least 3 years of documented experience in writing and maintaining API tests, including authentication and header management.
• You must have at least 3 years of documented experience in working with version control in Git and/or Bitbucket.

Desirable Requirements:

• PEGA platform: As DevOps support (tCI/CD, Pega, as well as working with test automation in PEGA-based applications, performance testing, and API testing in PEGA applications preferably within the public sector or larger organizations).
• You have worked with test strategies for automation in platform-based solutions (low-code/no-code). Experience in documenting test strategies for automation, including tool and framework selection, tailored to the team's sprint planning and working methods.
• You have worked with testing as an integrated part of the team's delivery responsibility, including coaching in test automation on the PEGA platform and formulating testable acceptance criteria in the planning phase.
