MACC People has been working with health-promoting healthcare since 2021, vaccinating over 450,000 people in both Skåne and Västra Götaland on behalf of the Region and in private capacity. Since 2024, we have also been working health-promoting with testing in both our fixed locations and mobile units.

In addition to health-promoting healthcare, we also work with various types of assignments within protected environments and medical services as part of an established healthcare solution that is of great importance to the patients we meet.

In October 2023, we also opened the health center Jägersrohälsan in Malmö, which is steadily growing and has ranked as the 3rd best health center in Skåne!

About the position

We initially offer a part-time position with flexible working hours – perfect for you who already have another occupation, run your own business, or are retired. The assignment may be expanded with the possibility of full-time employment.

The work is performed independently but always in collaboration with a professional team. Our assignments are part of an established healthcare solution and are of great importance to the individuals we meet, offering basic care with high discretion and humility.

The shifts vary in length, time of day, and can be adapted to the needs of the operation – from shorter shifts of a couple of hours to more traditional shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts. This allows you to combine the assignment with other work or personal commitments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assistance and practical help in daily life

Your qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role and has a good ability to work independently while also in close collaboration with colleagues. You have a genuine interest in people and a service-oriented attitude. As a person, you need to be humble and discreet in your work.

Requirements:

• Protected title as a nursing assistant
• Comfortable with independent work
• Service-oriented, humble, and discreet as a professional
• Experience in home care and inpatient care is an advantage

About us

We have vaccinated over 450,000 people since 2021, are the sole contracted vaccinators for large parts of Västra Götaland, and are currently developing a unique concept for mobile preventive healthcare through our rolling clinic, the MACC vehicle.

Jägersrohälsan, which is part of MACC, is the hub of this initiative for innovative mobile healthcare. Jägersrohälsan is located in spacious premises on Derbyvägen at Jägersro in Malmö, where a medical practice has been conducted for 30 years.
