Your role as a property manager

Your role is about being the face of AF Bostäder, focusing on service and presence in our student areas. You:

• Have daily contact with Swedish and international students and create long-term relationships.
• Help students in their daily lives by answering questions, providing practical help, and performing repairs.
• Handle inspections during move-in and move-out, report issues, and manage social housing matters.
• Ensure that our housing areas are safe and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with contractors and follow up to ensure work is done correctly.
• Manage ongoing administration and have budget responsibility for housing maintenance within your area.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and building good relationships. Perhaps you have previous experience from service jobs, the real estate industry, or a role where you meet people daily. We would like you to:

• Be outgoing, communicative, and enjoy a social role.
• Have the ability to build trust and create good relationships.
• Be solution-oriented and able to handle different situations calmly and professionally.
• Have a practical inclination – you don't need to be an expert, but enjoy it (we will teach you what you need to know!)

Requirements and merits

• Experience in a role where customer contact and service have been central.
• Experience in the real estate industry, for example as a property caretaker, building manager, or in other practical work.
• Fluent Swedish and good English (additional languages are a plus).
• Driver's license B.
• Good computer skills.
• High school education.
