In this assignment, CBRE is responsible for the operation and maintenance of a large, community-critical property environment where quality, safety, and delivery make a real difference in people's daily lives. About the role:
As Operations Manager, you are responsible for daily operations, workforce management, and contractor management. You lead approximately 6-8 employees, ensure compliance with agreements, processes, and KMA, and contribute to continuous improvements. If necessary, you also work operationally.
Responsibilities
- Drive and follow up on contracts towards goals (time, quality, economy)
- Ensure delivery according to agreements and internal routines/processes (including KMA)
- Lead, coach, and develop the team (6-8 people)
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources for assignments and follow up on key performance indicators
- Administrative follow-up (work orders, reports, financial documentation)
- Work in property technical systems (control/SCADA, operational monitoring) and relevant administrative systems
- Support operationally when needed to ensure delivery and learning within the team
Who are you?
You have:
- Post-secondary education in property technology/property engineering/property management or equivalent documented competence
- At least 7 years of documented industry experience in property technology
- At least 5 years of documented experience as a supervisor
- Very good knowledge in property technology and understanding of how inspection and maintenance actions affect maintenance needs
- Solid ability in leadership and work distribution as well as operational planning
- Experience with property technical systems (control/SCADA, operational monitoring) and work order/business systems
- Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Driver's license (B)
- A criminal record extract is required
Meritorious
- Experience working according to AFF
- Experience with LOU
- Relevant certifications (e.g., control and regulation, energy or KMA)
