Here you will work practically with corporate customers' machines in a stable and long-term role, where you develop step by step, receive structured onboarding, and build strong technical competence alongside experienced colleagues.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a service technician, you will work with service, repair, and preventive maintenance of machines used by corporate customers in the construction and concrete industry. You will become part of a close-knit team at a service center in Segeltorp, where the work is practical, varied, and solution-oriented. The role is suitable for you who want to learn technology in depth and develop long-term within service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role mainly involves performing repairs, service, and maintenance on our machines, as well as providing technical support and training to customers. You will also handle complaints, warranty cases, and contribute to inventory management, all to ensure a good customer experience.

  • Repair and preventive maintenance of machines, both at the service center and in the field
  • Handling of complaints and warranty cases
  • Training customers and partners in the machines
  • Inventory management of local spare parts and sales stock

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have a strong interest in technology and practical work (previous experience is not a requirement)
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work on-site in Segeltorp, weekdays 07-16

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in service, repair, or mechanical work
  • Good understanding of technology, hydraulics, troubleshooting, and electricity
  • Forklift and overhead crane certificates
  • Experience in technical support or similar roles
