About the Position

We are currently seeking process operators for our client in Malmö. The work is scheduled in two shifts, but the shift pattern may vary. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or relevant education in the field.

The client is a well-established company in pharmaceutical manufacturing specializing in medical creams, ointments & gels. Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will involve work inside the manufacturing area. Here, you will prepare for the production of the pharmaceutical product. Other tasks may include machine adjustments, cleaning between batches, and documentation.

Preparation for Production: Weighing raw materials, working according to SOPs for the various types of pharmaceuticals. Setting up machines and preparing the line. Documenting the various steps according to GMP.

Manufacturing: Monitoring and operating machines. Documentation according to cGMP. Your responsibilities also include taking samples and sending them to the lab for testing/quality control.

Filling/Packing: Operating machines, labeling, and packing finished pharmaceutical products. Checking batch numbers on products and packaging. Packing and delivering pallets to the warehouse. Ongoing documentation and quality assurance.

Profile & Background

The role of process operator requires great attention to detail and comfort in working with documentation in daily tasks. As a person, you are humble and not afraid to ask again if you are unsure.

We are primarily looking for candidates with experience in similar work. To be considered for the role, you need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language and be able to understand instructions easily.

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Documented education in GMP

• Forklift license A1-A4, B1-B4

• Technical interest

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
