JOB DESCRIPTION 

The tasks include, among other things, administering the customers in your unit and all work related to being responsible for customers. Administration is part of the tasks, which means that you will handle staff time reporting to the Social Insurance Agency, payroll reporting, and follow up on documentation. You are the immediate supervisor of the personal assistants in your unit. The starting point is from the office in Malmö, but travel is included in the position as you need to be able to reach the customers.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

In the daily work as a sales-oriented customer manager, tasks may arise at short notice, which requires you to prioritize your tasks. You will have support from your colleagues and managers in the organization to solve the problems that arise.

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have experience in administration. You should enjoy contacting new people and have multiple points of contact that you work with continuously. You are a problem solver who is used to changes, thrives when there is a lot to do, and is a driven person.

The position is a permanent employment that starts with a six-month probation period. Salary is determined individually.
