About the position We are currently seeking several individuals who want to work extra and as needed as personal assistants for our clients in the Stockholm area. We are primarily looking for those who want to work in southern Stockholm! All our clients are unique. Routines and activities may vary depending on who you are working with. The tasks are varied but mainly consist of working in the client's home, as well as accompanying the client on various activities and errands. Some examples of tasks include assisting with personal care, medication management, daily chores, shopping, cooking, and activities. The work as a personal assistant is usually a solitary job, although double staffing may occur in some cases. You are there for the client when they live their life according to their circumstances. Lifting may also occur during transfers, depending on the respective client's needs (if needed, aids are also available on site). A position with one of our clients may also mean that you get the chance to try working at different times of the day. It is desirable that you who are applying can work day and evening hours and/or nights, on both weekdays and weekends. About you As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This can become decisive in the final selection.

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience working as a personal assistant,
• Are flexible with working hours and can work during the day, evening, and night, on both weekdays and weekends.  

Scope: Varied employment rate based on the needs of each assignment. Start date: By agreement. Selection will be ongoing, and if your profile matches one of our clients, you will be contacted.  Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you as an applicant can present valid ID and a valid personal certificate and/or any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you need to be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
