We at Rekryteringsgruppen are now looking for someone who wants to work as a Business Area Manager for our white-collar sector and who wants to become part of our amazing team in Stockholm.

As a Business Area Manager, you will take care of existing customers and develop them, as well as ensure that the business area grows primarily through your own sales efforts. You will develop our offerings to customers, ensure that we take care of our consultants/candidates, and build relationships with new customers who, like us, understand that it is people who make the biggest difference in a workplace. 

In addition, you will eventually need to build up the business area with a team of skilled and driven consultants/recruiters, which places high demands on your leadership in terms of drive, availability, and humility regarding the task. It should be obvious to you to have a high degree of service, curiosity about other people, and a strong drive to help Rekryteringsgruppen on its growth journey.

Primary responsibilities as a Business Area Manager

  • Identify and develop business opportunities together with our existing and new customers.
  • Lead and develop a team of consultants to ensure high performance and well-being.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Ensure that our consultants are matched to the right assignments and that they receive necessary support.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to personnel and customer management.
  • Drive new customer sales and develop our existing customers.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in personnel management or recruitment is an advantage.
  • Experience in sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and understand customer needs, with a willingness to work with sales.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.

Working hours and employment form for our Business Area Manager

  • Permanent employment with a six-month probation period.
  • Full-time at the office in Stockholm.
