About the position

Pappers is looking for someone who wants to work in a broad role focusing on operations, management, and support in existing IT systems. You are used to working closely with users and need to actively work to understand and contribute to the development of their IT environment. The users are both in the departments and at the union office. In the role of IT support/management, you will be responsible for providing general technical support to the organization, which may involve a variety of tasks of both simpler and more complex nature.

You have a central role in the organization, and your main tasks are related to:

Providing technical support in the role of "first line Helpdesk" and assisting the organization with IT issues.
Ensuring that management and operations function in collaboration with suppliers.
Project managing IT-related projects and working with IT purchases.
Maintaining and developing the organization's website.
Handling certain issues related to IT security.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

A high school diploma in IT or similar with at least 3 years of experience in IT and technical work.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics.
The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and comfortably in English.

We would like you to have worked on IT-related projects and be accustomed to collaborating with suppliers. You have a pedagogical ability, and it is good if you also have experience in training internally within IT. To succeed in the role, you are a self-driven, unpretentious, and solution-oriented person who thrives with responsibility. Your working style is structured and service-oriented. About the organization

Pappers is one of the smallest LO unions in terms of the number of members and the size of the union office, but we have a ninety-two percent organizational rate and a hundred percent collective agreement coverage.
