Do you want to work with qualified accounting and reporting in a complex international environment? We are looking for a Reporting Analyst for a consulting assignment with a leading player in the banking and finance industry. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute your specialist expertise in accounting, group reporting, and regulatory reporting in a fast-paced team with great responsibility.

Job Description

In the role of Reporting Analyst, you will be a central part of the "Accounting Services team" and work closely with both internal colleagues and the group's finance department. You are expected to take overall responsibility for assigned areas and drive processes independently.

The work involves:

  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly closings and reporting activities
  • Perform internal reporting to the group
  • Conduct regulatory reporting to the Financial Supervisory Authority and other authorities
  • Ensure that reporting complies with external and internal regulations
  • Participate in the interpretation and implementation of accounting standards
  • Contribute to the development of processes and working methods

Competence requirements & experience

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or economics
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or a similar finance role in a larger organization
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and Swedish accounting standards (K3/GAP)
  • Very good ability to understand and analyze financial reports
  • Good Excel skills, including advanced formulas and functions
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience in regulatory reporting within banking or finance
  • Previous experience in group reporting in an international environment

You are structured, analytical, and able to prioritize even under time pressure. We see that you are communicative, collaborative, and enjoy a role where you can combine specialist knowledge with operational responsibility.

Length of assignment

The assignment is full-time starting October 1st and initially runs until October 31, 2026.
