About Group Home Måsnaryd: Måsnaryd's accommodation is aimed at individuals with autism, neuropsychiatric diagnoses, intellectual disabilities combined with psychiatric diagnoses, and substance abuse.  Here we work with individuals with dual diagnoses and the calm environment, together with our professional staff, provides good conditions for development. We assist with clarity and structure to help individuals succeed in their daily lives.

About the role In the role of support staff, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other employees, you will work towards making the day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

You will have a group leader or group manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the organization. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.  

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important aspect. 

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our clients' best interests at heart in everything you do.
