We are now looking for a residential support worker to join our team at Tutemo and Traneberg.  Our operations  Tutemo and Traneberg are located in Hagfors, close to the city center and public transport. Our staff groups have extensive experience working with our target group, children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. About the role As a residential support worker, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

You will have a group leader or team manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.  

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.
