Responsibilities for Service Advisors 

• Receive customers, schedule service work, and provide clear information about the workshop's service offerings
• Responsible for informing customers about pricing, repair options, and service needs
• Be the link between the workshop, technicians, and customers to ensure a smooth process
• Follow up on ongoing and completed tasks and provide feedback to the customer
• Documentation and administration in the company's systems
• Ensure high quality in customer interactions and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications and Experience

• Work experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, customer reception, or service is an advantage
• Driver's license (B) and good communication skills in Swedish & English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with administrative systems and documentation
• Technical understanding and interest in cars and the automotive industry's processes is a plus
