Role Description:

We are looking for a person to work as IT Support for our client.

Assignment Description

Monitoring, analysis, and actions regarding technical alarms and incidents in the company's infrastructure to ensure high availability and stable operations, focusing on quick recovery of services. The work also includes ServiceDesk responsibility outside office hours as well as the role of incident coordinator. 

The assignment requires staffing according to a three-shift schedule, which means work around the clock, every day of the week (24/7). Shifts are distributed from Monday to Sunday, and the consultant is expected to be able to work according to a rolling schedule with morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Profile & Qualifications

• Suitable background in IT acquired through academic education and/or experience.

• Experience in infrastructure monitoring and operational environments.

• Knowledge of networks, databases, and backups.

• Familiarity with responding to, evaluating, and documenting technical alarms and incidents. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

• Ability to work systematically according to established processes and regulations.

• Humble and responsible team player who enjoys working in a team.

• Responsible and proactive - Takes ownership of issues until they are resolved or properly handed over.

• Can act quickly in acute operational disturbances without losing focus.

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
