We are now establishing Sigma Technology Engineering – a new business area within Sigma Technology Group focusing on engineering roles in the defense industry.

We are currently seeking engineers who want to work on technical assignments within the defense and security sector. We will hire you as a consultant and match your skills with assignments from our exciting customers in the defense industry.

We are currently looking for engineers for several different roles within the defense and security sector, such as

• Systems Engineering & requirements management
• Project management and planning

• Integrated logistics support (ILS/LSA)

• Technical documentation

• Configuration management

• Procurement (strategic, operational, tactical)

• Quality & Supplier Quality Management

• Supply chain management

Basic Qualifications

We believe you are a good fit for the role if you:

• Have an engineering degree or equivalent technical background.

• Have an interest in the defense industry, preferably with personal experience from the Armed Forces or defense-related assignments.

• Are curious, communicative, and unpretentious – and enjoy having many points of contact.

• Are able to express yourself easily in both spoken and written form, in both Swedish and English.

• Work in a structured, careful, and methodical manner, even in a fast-paced environment.

• Are driven and proactive. You are eager to take your own initiatives to find smart solutions and create value.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement as we work closely with our customers.

Personal Skills, Attributes, Experience

Desirable experiences:

• Experience working in the defense industry or other security-classified activities.

• Familiarity with processes and regulations for the development of complex technical systems (e.g., ILS, RMS, Systems Engineering).

• Previous service in the Armed Forces.

• Experience in project work, preferably in cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with technical systems or PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter, DOORS, IFS, or similar).

• Ability to analyze, document, and communicate technical solutions clearly.
