OmsorgsCompagniet has been established since 2003. We are currently located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan. OmsorgsCompagniet operates within personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, supported housing, LSS housing, and training housing. We currently have about 1000 employees within the group and are completely privately owned.

The service housing in Bromma is located at Brommaplan. The target group belongs to group 1, adults aged 18 and over with mild intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions. We have well-established collaborations with addiction treatment centers and psychiatric units.

The accommodation consists of 14 apartments in two buildings where other tenants also live.

It is allowed to have pets in your apartment. Our common area is staffed around the clock.

In the premises, there is also the opportunity for joint activities, social interaction, cooking, and shared meals.

We offer and are flexible and adapt individual solutions to the social services and the resident's wishes.

We are now looking for a full-time support educator who, with their knowledge, commitment, and positive demeanor, wants to work with us.

The tasks include providing support to residents in their daily lives, following up on contacts with healthcare and authorities. Your tasks include both administrative work and work within the organization. Working hours are around the clock, including sleeping on call, as well as day or evening shifts. You who apply for the position are secure, stable, and humble. We expect you to be flexible and easily adapt to changing circumstances. You relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner and take responsibility for finding solutions to situations that may arise during working hours. You should enjoy working closely with clients and motivating them for change. We offer many joint activities focusing on health and fitness.

We want you to have a two-year post-secondary education equivalent to a vocational college or folk high school with a pedagogical or social and behavioral focus. You have previous experience in the care and support sector as well as experience in treatment work with adults. You are a trained support educator.
