About Apoteket Strandskatan

Here at Apoteket Strandskatan, we are a team of 3 pharmacists and a self-care advisor every day. The pharmacy is a dispensing pharmacy located at the entrance to Visby Hospital. We have customers with many specialist medications coming from all over Gotland.

In addition to our fantastic customers who come to us, we also have digital care orders from the island's nursing homes that are packed and sent every day. A bit more challenging customers but incredibly developing.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08.00-17.00.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have several years of experience from pharmacies.
• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in self-care and quality.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
