We at Vår Omtanke are now looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our client in Tyresö! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position You will be an assistant to our wonderful client in Tyresö. She is in a wheelchair, and as an assistant, you will be her extended arms and legs. This means you will assist with transfers, hygiene, cooking, etc. She lives at home with her parents in a house in Tyresö. Good communication links.

During the day, she attends a daily activity program, and as an assistant, you will accompany her.

Who are you? For this job, it is required that you can speak and write Swedish fluently. You who are applying for the position are a woman, between 20 and 45 years old, and you should be social, cheerful, and positive. You are meticulous, responsible, and structured, and you have the ability to listen to others and understand your role as a personal assistant.

It is also important that you are honest, enjoy working, and have the ability to create a positive atmosphere around you.

Working hours and employment rate: Hourly employment, which can lead to a permanent position.

The working hours may vary between weekdays and weekends. Evening and day shifts.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensation is according to collective agreements.
