Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of the sales team in Stockholm, focusing on local customers in the region. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish and will work with both new and existing customers. We work with clients that have strong brands in both the private and public sectors in Sweden. Your responsibility as a Key Account Manager is to identify their needs and challenges to help them find the right IT security solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process from first contact to further development of existing customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure the right solutions according to customer needs
• Proactively work with prospecting and meeting bookings
• Be responsible for the negotiation process; quotes, contracts, and bids
• Build relationships with our strategic suppliers
• Ensure that our solutions are delivered according to agreements
• Identify and explore new areas within existing accounts

Who are you?

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy building long-lasting customer relationships.
• We are looking for someone with solid experience in B2B sales within IT.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and appreciate working in a non-hierarchical organization with short decision-making paths.
