Inyett is looking for a Technical Support Lead who is passionate about solving problems and wants to be a key player in a small, tight-knit team. With us, you will not only help customers with technical questions, but you will also have the opportunity to share your expertise and contribute to our improvement. Together with your 25 colleagues, you will play an important role in our efforts to protect companies against economic crime, a challenge that is more important than ever.

What you will do

In your role at Inyett, your technical and communicative skills will be highly valued by both customers and colleagues. Your daily tasks will mostly involve problem-solving and finding the smartest way forward. You will assist our fantastic partners and customers in both the private and public sectors to make the best use of our products. This may involve guiding our partners on how to work with our APIs to enhance their offerings, communicating in a way they understand. You will also contribute internally by sharing your expertise and helping to structure and guide support in daily operations.

In more technical terms, your job with us will include: 

  • Planning and implementing Inyett's API for new and existing customers and partners.
  • Responsible for first- and second-line support where you troubleshoot integrations and communicate with partners to resolve issues. 
  • Collaborating with our incident coordinator during operational disruptions. 
  • Driving technical projects such as customer migrations and API versions. 
  • Supporting colleagues internally with technical questions.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a relevant post-secondary education and experience in a role within technical support, development, or similar in the SaaS or IT industry. You have good knowledge of the REST API framework and may have worked with Postman, JSON, XML, and SFTP. You are also comfortable monitoring and working with the most common key performance indicators in a support department for a tech company and have a knack for taking initiative and being involved and driving projects.
