This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 5 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. About the company

Job responsibilities

In the role, internally referred to as an operations analyst, you will have a coordinating and customer-facing role. You will work in two different areas, which are network operations and network center. Among other things, you will troubleshoot and investigate incidents in fiber and copper networks, where you will receive your cases via a case management system. You will have daily contact with customers and technicians, where dialogue mainly takes place over the phone, and your responsibility is to act as a coordinating link between these two stakeholders. At the beginning of your employment, you will receive thorough training on the systems and technology.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• You have previous work experience, preferably in a customer service-oriented profession
• You have good computer skills
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
