About us
The Care Administration has approximately 2,000 employees who take care of the municipality's elderly, people with disabilities, and individuals with mental health issues.

The Assignment
As an administrative secretary, you will have a broad and important administrative responsibility with a central role in supporting both the Care Committee and the administration management. You contribute to order and structure in the administration's administrative processes and decision-making processes.
Your main tasks:
- Be responsible for the committee's document and information management plan, record-keeping, document and case management, digital mailboxes, as well as archives and disposal.
- Prepare documents and serve as secretary in committees, presidium, subcommittees, councils, and union cooperation.
- Administrative handling of delegation orders and regulations.
- Support in legal matters related to the Administrative Act, Local Government Act, and the Freedom of Information and Secrecy Act.
- Provide administrative support to managers and employees, including mailings, compilations, and meeting materials.
- Lead the development and streamlining of processes within the assignment area.
- Participate in various collaboration forums related to the assignment.
- Handle incoming mail and emails and monitor cases and agreements.
Working hours are primarily during the day, but participation in evening meetings may occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university degree in social sciences, law, public administration, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You should have good knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Administrative Act, Local Government Act, Freedom of Information and Secrecy Act, and GDPR.
It is an advantage if you have experience with similar administrative tasks within municipal or public operations and an understanding of working in a politically governed organization. You should be familiar with document and case management systems; experience with Evolution and/or Stratsys is considered a plus. The role requires you to be communicative and able to express yourself well, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, meet deadlines, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You work with a service-oriented approach, have a pedagogical attitude, and are motivated to find improvement and development opportunities.
