Job Description

Are you an experienced HR consultant interested in establishing connections for future assignments?

Randstad is proactively seeking senior HR consultants for assignments with our clients in Gothenburg, within both the private and public sectors. The role involves acting as a representative for Randstad at the client site, where you will provide expertise in specific projects or cover vacancies. We are looking for both those interested in working as a consultant with us and those who work as subcontractors through their own companies.

The work requires a high degree of independence and the ability to quickly contribute to the client's business goals through structured HR work.

The tasks are tailored to the specific client assignment but typically include one of the following areas:

  • Operational support to managers in personnel-related issues and employee matters.
  • Interpretation and application of labor law and collective agreements.
  • Conducting union negotiations and collaboration.
  • Driving processes within rehabilitation cases and workplace safety work.
  • Support during organizational changes and resource planning.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of work experience in qualified HR work, such as HR specialist, HRBP, or HR manager. It is highly meritorious if you have previously worked in the municipal or state sector.

The duration of assignments varies depending on the client's needs, and the scope of the assignment can also vary (approximately 50%-100%). Qualifications

  • Academic degree: Higher education in human resources or other equivalent education.
  • Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in qualified HR work (such as HR specialist, HRBP, HR manager), with documented experience supporting managers and/or management teams.
  • Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form is required to handle documentation and union contacts.
  • Documented experience in labor law, negotiations, and operational HR support.

Strongly meritorious:

  • Previous experience from the municipal or state sector
